Wörter / mots / … is a sequence of 84 words. The words have been chosen for their sound and not for the meaning they create in the specific chronology chosen. They are shown in three different languages on three monitors that are placed next to each other. Each language runs at a different speed, the translations do not fit together. It is a play with words, with their translation, and the varying rhythms of parallel perception.
This composition of word was originally conceived as „Words for Bangalore" (06) for the inauguration of the new building of Max Mueller Bhavan in Bangalore and its' minimalist architecture and it was shown in
English, German and Kannada.
